Flare is seeking a passionate Community Lead to play a vital role in strengthening our place within the Asian market.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with our community leadership team, serving as a dedicated representative for the Asian community with the potential to manage other ambassadors as we grow. The right fit will be our pitch person in Asia, figuring out who the influencers are and engaging in the relationships that get them to talk about us. This role is not just about representation; it’s about making waves in the Asian market and putting Flare on top with retail investors. Although we see this initially as a ‘part-time’ role, the potential for evolving into a full-time position is certain with continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Ambassador: Serve as Flare’s official representative within Asia, echoing our brand’s values, mission, and goals to the social community and retail investors.
Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with influencers and stakeholders in the Asian community, laying the groundwork for strong partnerships.
Market Insight: Identify and engage with key influencers and trendsetters understanding local dynamics, and ensuring Flare remains top-of-mind.
Promotion: Act as Flare’s pitch person in Asia, enthusiastically promoting FLR to retail investors, ensuring they understand and resonate with our value proposition.
Team Leadership: Potential to manage and mentor a team of local ambassadors, ensuring aligned representation across various regions in Asia.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Asian market, its dynamics, and key players.
Demonstrable experience in community engagement, ambassadorship, or related roles.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically, identifying opportunities for brand growth and representation.
Adept at forging and maintaining relationships with influencers and key stakeholders.
Proficiency in local languages is a huge plus.
