Flare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is instrumental in bridging the gap between our product, engineering, and ecosystem teams, ensuring the seamless development, and release of innovative tools, products, and developments within the Flare blockchain ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch. A collaborative mindset, effective communication skills, and a passion for innovation in the blockchain space are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise: Serve as the primary liaison between the product, engineering and ecosystem teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate: Own planning, development, and implementation of new tools, products, and developments managing timelines and resources to meet project milestones and release schedules.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish success criteria for each initiative.
• Supervise: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or challenges, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to devise and implement solutions.
• Facilitate: Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, providing updates on project status, timelines, and action items.
• Documentation: Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project-specific documentation.
• Community: Support the ecosystem team in gathering and responding to feedback from the flare community and help to incorporate user insights into product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, product development, or a similar role, within the blockchain or technology sectors.
• A basic understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is a must.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Analytical thinker with a problem-solving orientation and a keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about innovation and driven to contribute to the growth and success of Flare and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
